We offer both express and standard shipping options. With express shipping, once your order is ready and shipped, it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep. If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. Please refer to our return policy below for more information.

I can't speak more highly about Ouros Jewels. Their jewelry is the highest quality and the customer service is above the rest. Dhruv was very attentive and was in contact with me through the whole process. He gave me copies of the diamond certs, detailed CAD drawings and video of my piece when complete. I will not hesitate to buy future pieces from them in the future. I highly recommend you try Ouros because once you do you will not go anywhere else.

I am blown away by the custom set I received from Vijay and the Ouros team. From initial contact to the end, Vijay has been amazing to work with. He was so patient with my questions and design changes and offered great suggestions so I could have what I wanted. It took just under two weeks from when I approved the CAD for them to finish the set and only 4 days for them to get it to me in Canada! I received it today on Christmas Eve. The quality of the rings are incredible, you can definitely feel the weight of the rings and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I am already thinking of the next ring I can order from Vijay and cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Vijay for making my ring dreams come true!
