However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. I've ordered several rings through Ouros and all of them, including this one, have been independently authenticated as lab grown diamonds by my local jeweler. I ordered this custom semi-mount to fit a lab grown ruby center stone I purchased elsewhere and I could not be happier. The diamonds sparkle beyond belief in even dim lighting and provide the perfect setting for the center stone. Thanks again Vijay!
