Shipping Policy:

We offer both express and standard shipping options. With express shipping, once your order is ready and shipped, it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep. If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. Spectacular Matching Pair Step-Cut Trapezoid Lab Diamonds

This was my first time ordering from Ourosjewels. I needed a matching pair of trapezoid step-cut lab diamonds with specific mm dimensions. Vijay was able to create a custom order for me to match exactly what I needed for my project.

Before my order shipped, Vijay sent 2 videos: 1st to show how the matching pair of lab diamonds looked, 2nd to show them being diamond-tested.

When the diamonds arrived, I was impressed with how spectacular they looked. I am very particular about cut and clarity for step-cut diamonds! I look forward to ordering from Ourosjewels again.

I sent my ring off to the AGL to be appraised. The ring is exactly what it's claimed to be!
In fact, the appraisal states that the diamonds are of an even HIGHER cut grade!
Colour was stated by Vijay to be EF and the appraisal graded them as an F.
Clarity was stated by Vijay to be VS2 and the appraisal graded them as SI1. That is very close to VS2, so no issue there at all.
The diamonds are genuine, white, bright and of an excellent grade!
Feel secure in ordering from Ouros.
They are the real deal.
