Shipping Policy:

We offer both express and standard shipping options. With express shipping, once your order is ready and shipped, it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep. If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. Please refer to our return policy below for more information.

This is my third order from Vijay and once again he has done a fabulous job! I ordered a 10kt white gold and lab diamond eternity ring. The ring is sturdy despite being thin and the diamonds are gorgeous! I specifically requested the height of the ring to be 1.8mm, which Vijay EC exited perfectly. It’s very comfortable and does not rub against my fingers like other eternity bands do. I am very happy with my purchase.
