Vijay and his team were amazing. I bought some loose stones for a toi et moi ring and wanted a setting for my stones from ouros due to previous purchases and the quality being amazing. Vijay and his crew sent the setting to a jeweler they partnered with to set my stones into the setting and the process was so easy and fast with a lot of updates. The stone setting cost was free and the jeweler who set my stones also did a phenomenal job. I definitely will do business with them again. They're very accommodating and very trustyworthy. Ouros is one of my favorite places to buy jewelry from!!
